If you want 2 fit a locker 2 the rear I'd go for a complete hilux diff and axles. The hilux came out with the same 5.285 diff ratio as the feroza.

Q1:
Whats the difference between Hilux und feroza axle-width?
About 3 inches
Q2:
Which Hilux model? buid when?, between? from which engine?
If you're gonna do the swap, then go for an IFS model rear axle......slightly wider than the Solid axle version.......I think that means anything from mid 90's and on !!
While you're at it.....just SAS the front as well
Use an early model solid axle with IFS hubs for the extra width
