I've been cruising around in my mates zook 4 the last few days, and noticed that every time it rains that if the heater inlet is on the fresh setting that the water runs straight through the heater and onto the floor!
And b4 u ask the heater core isn't leaking.

Any help would b appreciated

probably the drain holes are blocked, under the grille below the windscreen, that are supposed to drain into the engine bay, thru two rubber hoses. mine does it often, christover

mine did the same

i just put the vent on recirculate and took the drain plugs out of the floor
