Outer Limits 4x4 Board

My ps front swaybar keeps popping the nut off where it attatches to the actual swaybar bit??? anyone have any clues as to why or how to fix and make not happen again???????????

Is the thread on the swaybar link buggered? If so - just buy a replacement.

also is the swaybar link pin matched to the lift kit(if fitted) as if its to short it wont work very well.

Yes the thread was buggered so it was fixed and the new nut welded on, it has also been extended to suit lift(50mm), me thinks just shit design and not supposed to be fully compressed ???? Hoping someone has an alternative??

Buy extended swaybar links to suit your lift (like BeNoS suggested)? They're meant to work when weight/load shifts becomes uneven, they are not designed to be under a constant load from lifted suspension as well.

Just take the front sway bar out altogether, the front suspension acts like a giant swaybar anyway. I don't run any in mine, front or rear and it drives rather good considering. If you are going to run swaybars, the rear is the most important one IMO. It helps stop that wheelstand feature on roundabouts
