tt disconect

any1 no if the disconnect works with the 1lt handbrake hangin of the case?

The disconnect bolts to the transfer case where the parkbrake backing plate bolts on.

So there's no way of retaining the factory park brake as well as having disconnect.

thanks jim, have to find another way of installing a handbrake then.

Another way, hand brake cable run around to the front onto the foot brake. Use the park brake light to deactivate the brake lights. This will give you a 4 wheel hydraulic park brake.

Note:- the system may bleed back over a while. So may not be suitable for holding your car in one spot for any lengthy period.

That would defeat the purpose of having a disconnect though wouldnt it ? No front digs ?
