How do I search for an old post of mine

I put up a question re changing a 4.2 diesel into a 4.2 petrol. A member posted a list of every part needed. I printed it out and now cant find the bloody. Have spent an hour trying to find my old post. Would be in the last 6 months ( I think )

Appreciate any help

go to search on the top of the screen and put your username in the window that says ' search for author '
