What is the best kind of Hawse Fairlead to get for a for a wire rope, but will also be able to be used if i were to go plasma rope (providing of course it werent to worn from wire rope) Also howv much should i expect to pay.

Steel also works with Plasma, but as you said it may get scared by the wire so it'll need a clean up before you go plasma. You cant use an alloy one with wire cable though. The steel ones are under $100 and the alloy are about $150 - $200. Any good 4WD shop should stock them. I know Pro Comp 4x4.
