What exactly do you need to know??
Get some straight sections and some bends of stainless steel of the required diameter.
Plan how long it will be, and tig weld it together.
Cut a hole in the guard and inner guard, mount to the airbox, mount to the apillar and fit a hat.
Job done.

Im not trying to be a smart arse, but thats pretty much all there is to it.

Just make sure that when you are welding the pieces together, that the pieces are lined up properly.
As for mounting to the apillar, mine has 2 bits of flat bar(SS), and at the end that goes on the apillar, the bar goes out then back in again, kind of like a chicane shape, it clamps on each side of the gutter, and a screw/nut holds the clamp together. And for what it is, its pretty solid.
Hope this helps.
