GU Patrol airbox lids Question

Hi all,
Would someone be able to tell if a ZD30 Airbox lid will fit on a RD28 Airbox base?

Also I have a RD28 Airbox and want to use a ZD30 lid on it what filter do I use in it.

All lids are interchangeable,and they all take the same filter

Well I \'m not so sure.... Cause my 3ltr lid will not sit down onto the base of my 2.8 GU airbox. There is a Lug thingy sticking out on the base and the square where air flow meter bolts to hangs lower than the seal of lid.

Also for any moisture or water that gets into the bottom of the air cleaner...is the only way of getting it out by removing the air cleaner completely and upturning it?

I have no idea what the lug is for maybe someone with a GU2.8 airbox could post up a pic of their airbox so we could see what the lug is for cause I can't see anything bolting to it on my GU TD42.
Maybe I should just cut it off!

Can people that have this ZD30 lid on their setup post some pics please?
