looking for some competitors to have a crack at the hill climb at landcruiser park. this is the 2 tracks along the long flat that run straight up the hill. you will need a cage and a sense of adventure. looking for people who will prepay entries to the park as they will run it if enough people will race. no dates yet just a expression of interest if people will compete. this may be the last time we get to have a go...
THE PARK ISNT SOLD. SORRY IF THIS POST GAVE THAT IMPRESSION. The park will CONSIDER running this event if enough competitors will have a go.
so far no-one is interested and that is why this event will die. this is an awesome spectator event and it would be awesome to give it 1 last send off.

I miss the old days out there where you didn't have to have a cage to race in the hill climb or hill drags. (I can understand the need for it these days but with how quick the trucks are getting)

I think the only viable way to make the hillclimb interesting again is to grade them!!! I havent seen the hillclimb run in a few years, and it was well eroded, one track was easier than the other.
I think its great race, but needs some work.

Are you talking about the Old Hillclimb or the Expo site ?

i'd have a crack, but in a SWB i'd do awesome cartwheels all the way to the bottom

When are you looking at running this event. Might get more people if you run it the same time as another event. I might be interested. Keep us posted.
