Buy 6.5:1 transfer gears through locktup / lowrange. $600-$700. + ~$100 for bearings/seals etc.
Get the install done by Promac for ~$250 if the case is out of the car?

Depending on how mechanical you are, zook transfer case are simple to rebuild. Quite possible to rebuild at home.
