I have just gotten a small char lynn orbi valve for one of my buggy projects, it has had water in it and sat for a while, am I going to be able to get it rebuilt or is it a lost cause? I can only spin the spud shaft a quarter of the way round then it siezes.

they are pretty basic inside mate.
Pull it down and give it a quick rub with some 1200grit wet&dry then oil all the parts then put it back together.

Should have taken it to the "Hydro" shop not the "Yydro" shop. They may give you a better outcome.

make sure you know and mark each peice when you pull it apart.... some if put back together will be come a motor and not a pump.....and when you go to turn the steering wheel it will continue to spin.
Who make it whats the model i may have rebuild instructions at work for it
