79 series air bags - Firestone Airbag man

Post by glenno »

Has anyone fitted airbag man firestone bags to their 79 series? - I have just installed a set and the lower mounting plate is angled forward due to the brake line bracket on the rear of the axle tube ( a locator bracket is supplied with the kit and when fitted it pushes the centre on the base plate forward). The top mouting plate is level with the chasis line but the bottom plate is about 15 degrees or so out. Re read the instructions and there isn't a left and right hand side. Anyone ?
