I can't get my rear arb air locker to disengage. Any thoughts?

yep, it's broken the plastic piston.

mine did it in the front of my vitara not that long ago.

this shows the tabs that have broken off & you can see all the dags of plastic left over from when it's come out of the mold.

It finally popped out this arvo, I have been meaning to pull it apart any way because it has heaps of backlash in it.
