unless you can find a blueplater that may be able to do it throu a heavy vehicle code or something for the shock hoops ect get it engineered then take it to them but i doubt it. heres a list of codes

as said above you can get it engineered but that doesnt mean anything with out a blueplate which you need a code for. otherwise it has to go through dot.
