funky wiring problems

in my sierra whenn i put the brke on the clock turns off ad the high beam globe comes on. on the dash. and no brake lights or tail lights or instrument cluster lights is this a common fault. any help would be appreciated. thanx

i have this exact problem now
i beleive the is a bad earth some where
cos it blows a fuse then does it
need to find it ill make sure i let you know

I think you have blown your tail light fuse. check that and see if the problem goes away.

yeah but theres something that keeps shorting and blows the fuse and
i cant find it
