Well after fitting the 5litre holden motor into my 4runner i am wanting to run the tacho in the 4runner dash.
Has anyone been able to get this working with the 5litre ?
or is my best option to buy an aftermarket tacho and put it into my dash and cover up existing one.
Any help would be handy.
Thanks Gav.

Hey Gav, I got a little black box thingy from here http://www.dakotadigital.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, they convert just about any signal.

I used the little black box that Marks supply, simply converts 8 revs to 6 so the tacho reads correct rpm.
Should be able to get something cheaper though.
