I would strongly reconmend replacing timing belt, timing tensioner, water pump, cam, front timing and rear main seals. Just because its easier while the engine is out and its piece of mind
I aggree with weaves on this one. Unless you know the complete history of the engineand you KNOW it has all been done. Be carefull with the import engines they are not always that good..... I would shop around $3200 is not that bad for a shop price but you can get cheaper.
