You don't daily drive yours anyway do you bigsteve?
I reckon attach some removable wheel archs to the diff, drive it to the wheeling spot, pull them off and hey presto!
Was looking through one of the american mags and one of the zooks in the top truck challange run modified zook diffs with 37's on rocks so surely you could get those 35's in the for sale section and then you to could be as cool as that one!

That looks really sweet.
Not so sure about the front suspension "design" though - looks liek a work in progress. I'd lurve to see some coilovers in there rather than the wierd shackles/spoa with no bumpstops/SR/too long shocks

its just a yj shackle reverse SOA
works quite well i belive it is nearlly identical to azrockcrawlers...
here is the specs of it
