From Gympie, travel down the Mary Valley to Kenilworth, then to Charlie Moreland state forest park. From there, the main road goes to Jimna. LCMP is just north of Jimna.

Head towards Lake Borumba and take the last dirt road on the RH before you get to the camping area. This will take you over Mt Buggary and comes out directly in front of LCMP. This is a dirt road and you will go through a deer (I think) farm but I think it is the quickest but a bit dusty (if that matters).
