Does anyone know if the 4JH1 has the same bolt pattern as the 4JB1???
i.e. - is it possible to pull out a 4JB1 and put a 4JH1 in its place?
I realise most/all of the ancillaries etc may be different.

4JG2 would be out of a Jackaroo or Bighorn if it has an intercooler.
I'm pretty sure that all the 4J have the same bolt patterns, defiantly the 4JA1, 4JB1 and 4JG2 are.

Thanks, but not too keen on IDI diesels any more. Also not putting it into a rodeo/jackaroo so the box isn't much use. Though feel free to pm how much you want for the engine alone.

Not sure - is it???
All I know is the 4JH1 was the last mechanically injected 4J engine - which is why I am interested.
