G'day,
On my GQ the vac pump runs off the powersteering pump not the alternator? Whats better? And how much of a drama is it going to be to change it over to the vac pump on the back of the alternator? Ive bought a 90 amp alternator with the pump on the back of it, can I pull the pump off and run it without it? It has sealed bearings but the shaft will still be sticking out...??? The auto elec that I got the alternator off has never seen a GQ with this set up... and neither have I???
