Ok guys got a bit of an LPG problem any help would be great!

Details
Mazda bravo
1999 b2600
2.6 dual fuel
LPG system is impco fitted when new

Problem
Stalling when coming to a stop, will not stall when vehicle is sitting only when driving also has small backfire from exhaust, once stalled is a bit hard to start again. Problem is only on LPG runs fine on petrol

Have done
New rotor
New cap
New leads
New plugs
Clean MAF

Read about a guy that had same problem and he put race tape over half his intake, just tried zip tieing a sock over my intake and problem solved but is now sluggish and lack of power due to not enuf air

Also have not yet fitted snorkel ( will be in next few months tho )

Any help would be great!

Cheers
Jay

Just before I brought it at the start of the year

Problem fixed yay :) turns out was an air restriction to the convertor, pulled the line off fitted a bigger barb and problem solved

That restrictor is a specific size to allow the closed loop control to work, removing it will just make the car richer, it was probably lean or had a snorkel with no balance line fitted. I think you will find that the economy may suffer from this change.
