Hey,
ive destroyed my 1hz and have a 1hd in the planning, will the injector pump be a simple swap over with a bit of tuning and adjusting (by a proffesional)
2nd ive been told you have to get the injectors to suit this motor,
3rd will all my other parts fit straight up, like all the brackets and aircon pump, alternator nd so on?
4th i have to change some wireing? any ideas?
cheers guys

Re: Will a 1hz Injector pump go on a turbo 1hd
short answer. NO.
They run different injection timing, the injection pumps are different internally in a few ways.
they run at different injection pressures, 1HZ pump wont crack the 1HD-T injectors.
the injectors are not interchangeable between engines. The injector lines are different.
I have tried fitting a 1HZ pump to my own 1HD-T without success.
Do you have a complete 1HD-T ??
there are quite a few internal differences.
Manifolds, AC, alternator etc will all bolt up
the two engines run different sized clutches, and gearbox input shafts are different also.
Oh, and DONT cut the red wire!!
