Hey guys just put a 3 inch lift in my swb. I put 10 mm longer lower arms and adjustable top arms. I have 1 6mm gearbox spacer plus I run drop boxes. So it almost 15mm box spacing. I just can't seem 2 get the upper arms adjusted right. Any pic of guys pinion angles?? Or how much thread u have left on ur arms?? Just need some advise. It's getting vibration through the rev range and a bad noise when u back off around 80kms
I have another 6mm spacer should I put it in??? How do u tell if ur unis are gone??
Any help would be great I'm really starting 2 the s**ts with it

Help with swb
Re: Help with swb
what you need to do is adjust the upper arms until the diff pinion is atht he same angle as the transfer case output shaft flange. this should then get rid of your vibes.TUF-GMH wrote:Hey guys just put a 3 inch lift in my swb. also unis will either have play in them side to side or they bind up. you can only test for binding up if the shaft is removed.
if they seem alright, get a grease gun and give em a good greasing.
