horn and indicators dont work

87 RR highline, got power at the dash fuse panel but no horn or indicators, does anyone know how they are linked, that may be my problem,

On an 87, is the horn on the indicator stalk?

If it is, then that narrows down the fault.
I'm guessing power from the fuse comes in one wire (my 79 does).
(You did measure voltage on both sides of the fuse didn't you)

I think the answer is in the wiring under the steering column.
Check all connections/wiring that is under there.
A workshop manual aids in identifying which colour is used for what.

Oils leaks are a factory option to prevent rust!
