white smoke is not to much fuel. to much fuel makes black smoke.

white smoke is typically poor ignition or evaporating oil/fuel in the exhaust.
things like incorrect injection timing/worn pump, clogged fuel filter, low compression. leaking oil from turbo into the exhaust.
possibly to much oil in engine and blowing it into intake via the breather.

white smoke is its sucking air into the fuel system or to much water in ur fuel filters or blockage. also timing could be out but if its only just happend its in your fuel system
