Definately get one from a disc rear 80, if you have disc rear.

2 or 4 bolt is where it bolts through your firewall.

Other then that, no idea mate.

90-92 with disc rear would be what I would use as the front calipers were the same as the V6 4Runners so more likely to work properly with your existing Hilux calipers.
92-95 had bigger front calipers from memory.

2 or 4 bolt isn't where it bolts thought the firewall.... It's where it bolts to the brake booster... Every hilux booster I've ever played with or seen is a 4 bolt one...

Ok, thanks for clearing that up Matt.

The 80s master and booster I have in the DL has 4 bolts going from the booster to the master too.

I've got a 93 with disc rear non abs. there were early 80s with a drum rear so I.think you'd be looking at either a 93 or 94 80 series booster.

I recently went to the wreckers and bought one for a mate there was 2 side by side one 80 had 4 bolts between booster and the other 2.

I bought the booster from the one with 2 bolts as this is the same as the hilux V6 master cylinder (1" bore) the one i got it off (from memory) was a 1995 and the one with 4 bolts had the ABS, though not sure whats better on a disc rear hilux but..
