turbo 3rzfe

hey all i will be putting a turbo 3rz in my car and have a few questions for ya's.
before i start ill just say i dont want massive hp just something cool and go half decent
heres what it has on it:
-factory 3rz engine/internals
-garrett gt2860 with 2 1/2'' exhaust

if i was to run the turbo on the 3rz with a factory ecu could i possibly put a rising rate fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail and a wideband 02 sensor would it be tuneable enough to work with only low boost?
also do they run a map sensor in the manifold for manifold vaccuum for the ecu?as if i do put positive pressure (boost) in the intake manifold will the computer just go stupid and cut down because it doesnt measure positive pressure only vaccum?

i dont want massive hp just something cool and go half decent.
