351 clevo into GQ wagon

Hi All,
As title states, I am thinking about putting my worked 351 clevo into my GQ wagon, already have motor set-up with straight LPG in my TE Cortina drag car, but not using it enough to have it sitting around all year. As my TB-42 has developed major head problems, just thinking about putting 351 clevo in. Anybody that has done this conversion, any pictures, tips, rough costing or any advice would be great. And NO not interested in putting a diesel, CHEV or HOLDEN V8 in.

Good to see mate. That will be a hell of an engine to put in from a drag car. You might want to tame down the cam a little. Dellow are the only guys that make a kit for it. Its a replacement Bellhousing. The rest of the kit is apparently rubbish so but it does use the clutch gear from your patrol. Use a 10 1/2 inch clutch and you should be fine. Not too much fab to do other than engine mounts and a little massaging of the firewall at the back of the tappet covers. Or if you have a 2 inch body lift then you won't need to do this. Rest is pretty straight forward as the TB42 is a fairly basic engine as well.
