Biggest that will fit standard is 215/75/15, with regard to mods, the sky is the limit, you can do whatever you want, just depends how much cash you want to throw at it. Turbo is not a good idea though, if your engine is the G13BB it is possible to fit a G16B out of a Vitara for more power.
Grow some balls.

That is all.

the biggest tyres are i can put on them,
I dont know your level of tire fitting skill, but if your asking this question, The biggest practical size I would suggest a 31inch tire, its been done many times, there is a pdf on trimming guards floating around on the internet somewhere.
If you are resonably competent, you could probaby get some 32s in there, 30s are probably your best bet.
235s are the most common size put on above a 215.
when fitting any tire size above a 215 you will also need to address the gearing. a kit for the Jimny Transfer case will be okayish for most tires up to 33s but low (along with the high) ratio is only reduced by 24%. You are better off fitting the Transfer case from a sierra.
I have seen a jimny with 38s "fitted".
I plan on 30x9.5s for my current build while Im living in Vanautu, 35s when I get back to AU.

highest i can raise it,
off the shelf kit, big jimny 75mm kit and a 2 inch body lift. or Procomp do a 4" lift.
DONT DO IT.
I recommend fitting a 2 inch lift only.

and is it possible to fit a turbo on it,
Yes. but unless you know how and have a spare $6-8K dont bother. Your much better off putting in an M18 out of a Liana in it. Way more power than you will ever need in a Jimny and way cheaper, more reliable, and engineerable .

Before asking for mods, what terrain do you drive that you need the mods for?
Are you likely to hit a roo or do you need a winch because you like getting bogged by yourself? = bull bar
Cant get up bumpy hills? = locker
Cant get up slippery or loose surface hills? 2 lockers
Camping by yourself? = drawer system
Camping with hot french girlfriend? = roofrack
Need to talk to other people? Uhf
Boat, jetski? = trailer hitch
Old fella or kids? Trailer hitch, camper trailer
Jimny too slow? M15 or 16
Jimny way too fuckin slow? M18 or j20
Not enough tourqe? Gears.
Tires too small? 215s
Ruts too big? 235s
Rocks too big? 30s
Rocks in the ruts too big? 31s
Rutted bogholes with bumpy bits? 33s
Rocks bigger than the car? 35s
Tires dont fit in the guards? Trim guards
Still dont fit? Bumpstops
Still dont fit? Guard chop
Tires come off the wheels? Beadlocks
Sandy or dusty? ATs
Muddy? MTs
Wet? Snorkel.
Friend with sierra? Front recovery point
Friend with patrol? Rear recovery point
Dog? Seat covers
Cant see the rocks? Rock lights
Cant see the track? Light bar
Cant see the roos? Spotties

Getting the idea? Sure!

Go wheel, work out what you need!

Ok, a final note, join a oriented suzuki club if you can and head over to Auszookers.
