got hilux powersteer on my 40 in the standed place,
wanting to move to the unit out the front of the crossmember
what powersteer unit is the best one to use?????

im interested in some info on your current setup if you have some photos n info id be greatfull powersteer would be great on my 40 and cheap would be good too :)

its hilux rfs unit, cruiser pitman arm and old cruiser mount taken off and new one to fit hilux one made
piss easy
pump is toyota made to fit 2f motor

$120 at the wrecker...Toyota Crown or Cressida power steering pump, box, pulleys, lines and cooler.
Add a 55 steering column, extend the uni drive shaft, a little welding, etc...works a treat and is very affordable.

running hilux/cressida steering column and pump that is on the 1uz-fe
just need to sort what is the best power steer box to use

depends where you want to put the new box...inside or outside the rail and then out front or behind the radiator????

rember Minitruck = hilux and the mericans have the steering wheel on the wrong side
