Steering stiff

Post by DiStuRBeD »

Hey guys,

Got a ? for ya's

My zook steering is stiff at times, i can turn it a quarter turn easy then it gets stiff/sticky and if i turn it further it is ok, however wen it goes to return to centre it sticks at the bit where it was stiff previous, what could that be

hope that makes sense, its late and i have been playing too much counter strike
nothing better then a staghound stretching it out in full flight

The uni in your steering shaft may be partly seized, pull it out and soak it in some oil for a while and it may come good, or you might have bent something in the steering box

I happened about a week after i fitted the bigger tires, tho the tires are only one size bigger(40-50mm) over standard

I'll get my mech to look at it, hopefully it just needs adjusting
