Im trying to save money on my build up here as funds are running dry.....

I want to fit the locker that i have sitting in a centre with a coupla chipped teeth in the crown wheel into my front diff centre in the rig.
They are C200 MQ Centres.

I can easily enough take the locker out of the stuffed centre and fit it to the new centre but how do i go about getting the line to go from in there, out of the housing?
how easy is this part....

cheers,

Drill and tap the housing as you would with any other diff.Feed the copper line through the housing as you put the centre in.Pull the line out a bit further then cut it to length and screw in the fittings. You may have to dummy fit it a couple of times, but not much harder than any other diff.
Hope this helps,i'm no good at explaining things in writing :?

well the front locker thats in my the stuffed centre only has a short as metal air fitting. The way i thought was running the blue air line through a hole in the housing attached to the short metal fitting in the locker and out through the hole as normal, the only prob with this is how to i seal the oil in on the housing....

Go to a hose/bolt shop and get a bulkhead fitting to take the line.

Also the tube on the diff is probably the earlier Bundy tube type (copper plated steel). This can be silver soldered to a fitting if req.
