My local parts supplier has only a listing for 93 on, will they fit my 2000 coilcab?
Nissan dealer quoted $168.00 each, a bit steep I thought, for my truck.
GQ tie rod ends won't fit properly onto GUs. It'll be fine for a week or so then steering will wander due to different taper in GUs. From memory I paid $125 each for genuine Nissan GU ends, but that's in Melbourne from Mal Leslie.
I changed my track rod and upgraded to a drop steering arm so had to buy GU tie rods which bolt onto a GQ....they were only $100 EA from nissan in brisbane...don't be touched the sport is dear enough as it is!! and so is fuel!!!
You can get them from any parts joint (Repco, Bursons, supercheap ect) the aftermarket type used under hard conditions should last you around 6 months if you are lucky (thats what our testing showed us) and a gen one alot longer.
Gen Nissan ones around $100ea
NOW ABLE TOO SAY WHAT I WANT WITHOUT FEAR OF LOOSING SALES.
The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it.
