Mounting a High Lift jack on a 45s
I`ve mounted High lift jacks before and they get coverd in mud and dust and seize up,Just wondering if people have any probs mounting it on the window to the step.

Mine is on the step, I have a bracket from k-mar that screws on the passinger side windscreen hinge mount. the foot vent still opens and It dosent get coverd in mud, but I do have wider guards than staindard and flexy flairs.

I dont think it matters where you carry it, it will still need to be lubed before you use it anyway. When I had a 40, I carried it on the step, then on the back with a wheel carrier setup, and it was ok on both. Now on the 80 it is on the spare wheel and gets dusty, so I lube it before I use it and it's good.
80 series, Locked both ends, Q78ed & a massive 57 k/w to boot!!!!
