After fuel consuption for td42 and tb42i on GQ2's and GU's

Post by 4Speed »

Can some one tell me what sort of fuel consumption they are getting if you have any of the above engines in a standard or near standard GQ or GU Patrol. I never bothered to check my old one when it was standard.

Cheers

Stock Standard TD42 running 31's on a SWB

If no off road work, then I get between 11.2 and 12.5 city and highway combined. If I go off road on the weekends for a couple of ours, or do a lot of pissy little driving, then increases to about 12.5 - 13.5

Although I have been accused of 'Nana Drivin'

12.5 l/100km's driven carefully--on hot day that can go up to 14l/100km's.
