zook engine swap

Post by ORSM45 »

i know lots of people have thought of putting rotarys and stuff into their zooks, but has anyone ever seen a hayabusa 1300cc engine in a zook?

ever since hayabusas came out i wanted to do it. 130kw and plenty of revs.

keeping it suzuki. plenty of aftermarket support if you want 350kw. etc.

come rego time. say its a newer 1.3L suzuki 4cyl and you shouldnt have any worries.

my next project is gonna involve the zook species.

One real issue would be how do you mount it up to any gear box??

Though a sequential shifter in a zook would be sweet.

i had a thought about that bigsteve. and maybe not a street legal idea but, chain drive direct to the input shaft. use the busa's clutch/gearbox. then you get the 6 spd of the busa and the zooks box/transfer.

its only a dream. most likely an expensive one.
