What do you wheel?

Post by bj on roids »

okay i can't think of every vehicle and i know most of the good vehicles have other parts on them (and mavs will be counted as patrols) and so forth!! BUT what did it start as and WHY?

CMAWWWN i wheel a cruiser cause i have always had them and have plenty of parts cheap!!

I know most of the guys on here wheel hiluxes and in terms of out of the box bang for your buck, they are, well i dont like them, but they seem to do ok!!! (which doesnt mean i like them)

Up here we see a lot of GQ patrols and mavericks aswell (nice tight rear LSDs, the odd rover (go the 10 splines) ;) kidding!! and i dont know of many rock cruisers, but plenty of mud cruisers (roll eyes)

anyways VOTE UP

what you drive and why!!??

EDIT: AWWWW MAN, too mnay poll options

WTF??

ok, this has fawked the poll, i cant remove any more and still make it viable

I bought a cruiser cause my dad had an HJ45 trayback when I was too short to reach the pedals, and the parts are cheap.

Knowing what I do now about Hiluxes and Cruisers, it would come down to price if I bought another truck. Probably lean more towards Cruiser though.

There are lots of closet Toyota fans that like to hang out here. The anonymity of the poll brings them out.

Do you expect to get a true reading of who drives what when posting in the Toyota section, the result will be very one sided.

I have a GU because it is 10,000 dollars cheaper than a 100series......

As a kid my dad had a Austin Gypsy (blue with flames and chromed steelies) then a G60 then we got a series 2 landy then another then another and the oldman broke about 400 axles towing ludicrous shiaate....One had a 202 the old girl ( mummy not the landy) holed two pistons the drove it home 57km blowing more smoke than puffing billy and mummy wonders why the old man had apololexy when she said I didn't the motor was farrrked....That started the Gender wars and chooks mysteriosly ended up dead in the driveway past the chook shed....Always in the drive way Mum didn't have a farkin clue until she caught him running em over in the rebuilt 202'd landy......

Anyway had a lux too freakin small to put all the chimps in and too freakin slow when loaded to the hilt......otherwise I liked the thing.....wouldn't go back to new but would definatley do a build up on a Toy (excuse the pun) for playing in

WTF I just read the post and mum, mother old girl is starred out....so I had to change it to fuggin mummy fuggin gayy....

My first truck was a Hilux, Broke it LOTs and it has since been sold and rebuild, Look good now :(

Needed something with a little guts, and perform a bit better, and stronger, so i got a Patrol.

i was looking at a 4.5 Petrol 79 ute... But Toyota Had different plans :(

Might look at a 79 turbo Diesel Next year...
