removing GQ steering box (can you leave the Pitman arm on?)

Post by Mark2 »

My steering box is leaking a fair bit and I've got another one from another vehicle to swap it with. I dont have a Pitman arm puller and was wondering if I can remove it with the Pitman arm still connected? (The manual says to remove the pitman arm)
