cross over steer with commo v6 in lux

has anyone out there fitted cross over steer to a lux with a commo v6, it seems its going to hit the engine mount? has anyone had this problem? if so how did you fix it?

you can either move the steering box forward and drop the arm while your at it or SnakeRacing is doing at dropped pitman arm for the V6/V8

one of my mates has done it and made a custom sump for it and just added a bit to his bump stop so as it doesnt hit


seems to clear o.k been dune jumping in it and doesnt hit

or just wait for the one from snake racing

i've done it.

When i mounted the engine in my truck i fitted it in high enough to clear everything, (my truck has a body lift) i moved the steering box forward as far as i could and am using a drop pitman arm. i have about 50mm under the sump to the steering arm. Using a standard vn sump.
