15x8 Sunrasia Rim Offset

Post by 88MAV »

Gidday all, new member. I'm hoping someone on here will be able to shed some light re Sunrasia rim offset amount. 1st some tyre dealers say that Patrol and Cruiser offset is the same, some say it differs. I went to pick up a new one but the offset is different to mine.

Mine is 115mm rim outer lip to centre seam

Any others measure 110mm

Any ideas..............? Graeme.

well with all white 4wd rims there is 2 offsets

nissan patrols and land cruiser and hilux with diff in front take L/C offset 15x7 ,15x8,16x7,16x8

nissans and toyota with inderpendent front ends take navara offset
inderpendent front ends need the rim more in to the car
sizes are 15x7,16x7

there are the only 2 offsets i work for R.O.H WHEELS in melbourne for 4 years
some companys like speedy or roh wheels the off sets are little different thats why you have noticed that there is 5 mm different in the rims you will just have to match up what you have got on ya truck
hope that helps
i have a hilux surf 1988 LN61 full import this pic
shows that im realy in the shit

Thanks surforyamum, pretty much clears it up.........now all I want is for everyone out there who runs Sunrasia 15x8 rims to go outside with a tape measure and check the distance from the outer rim lip to the join between the wheel disc(not brake disc) and the rim and if it's 115mm let me know the brand...........1x6 Pack Boags' Draught or Eumundi Lager your choice for the correct type.............got to work out how to deliver?????.............Free carton of same for the one who comes up with one only of the above rims for sale at a reasonable price ie.....<$50.00...........thanks Graeme!!!!

the proper way to measure the offset is from the rear
back face to the edge of the rim thats the distance it should be not the front
