4.1 Diff Centre

Post by ludacris »

It is a 69 Bundera rear diff. It is the large housing. What will fit into it eg Hilux or one of the new 100 series rears and who has one lying around. It is going under a 40 coil conversion.

bunderas are '84 - '90 and ALL have 8" (hilux size) rear diff.

100 series rears have a different axle spline count and although they will bolt into other 9.5" housings they won't work without custom axles.

if you have a "large" (9.5") housing then a diff from a 4x,55,6x,70 (not bundera), 73,74,75,80 series will fit and almost all in Australia are 4.10 or 4.11 ratio, and they are more or less interchangeable (ie you will no trouble running a 4.11 front and a 4.10 rear)

cheers
