why not air locker in the rear ?.A lockrite is constantly driving all the time ,and hilux is pretty loose in the wet as well without having a locker in them .Also becarefull with lift blocks some insurance companys are funny about them,it might be a different story with a enginers certificate?

If you're lifting by 4 inches, surely you'll want bigger than 31 inch tyres?????

Do the lift kit, worth every penny.
If you got the cash go air lockers all the way round.
simex tyre? - great off road but not so good on road, especially in wet - my mate had them on his troopie and he hated driving it on the road especially in the wet, but loved them out bush.

Are you using it for just off road or is it also your daily driver - makes a differences for what you are going to fit

I have 16" american racing alloys with 245/70/R16 bfg AT as my road tyres. The 31"simex allmost =33" bfg muddes the simex are going to be fitted to the stock 15"alloys as I dont want to wreck my good rims. I might go the air lockers all round. Can anyone give me some advice on the lift kit ;)

Just thought I would ask the question here as it seems that it is relavant to this post.

Has anyone got 33s running with the 3.4L petrol?

How does it go, does it have enough power?

Cheers
