The tip may have a tank for old oil, if not ring collex they do oil disposal and should be able to do something about small amounts.

I only have 5lt at the moment but I guess I'll have about 5-10lt at one time after a service.
I might sometimes pass through bayswater

Hume City Council tips will take up to 10 ltrs for free if you are a rate payer. Tip the oil in the drum, chuck the container in the recycle bin next to it.

If you have a 22L drum, or bigger, store it in there till its full
Than call ya local oil recycler they will usually come pick up that amount of oil for nothing
Well they will in Newy

Let me know when you are coming past and I can probably dump it at work.

Mixed with petrol ( about 4 parts oil to 1 part petrol ) it makes a mighty Bullant nest distroyer !
Wipes out european wasp nests like nothing else,
Ideal for poisioning those hard to get to spots with the wipper snipper.
Excelent for dirt shed floors ..... just rake it in and allow to set !
otherwise .....most auto mechanicle shops have disposal facilities, if not some shires / council transfer stations do have disposal facilities.
or as above ...... BONFIRE STARTER !
