i'm in the middle of doing a conversion at work right now.
and there is just not enough space to fit proper extractors on there.

i had to make a 'log' style header with 1 inch long runners just to clear the steering box

Theres a guy, on the gold coast i think, who puts 1UZ's into Cobras. he has done a couple of Hiluxs so he could help you, he knows heaps about THE 1UZFE

They would have to be custom made, even then I don`t think you`d have the room to do it without cutting out the inner guards, You might but hell it would be tight.

I'm looking at getting some made up for the Lexus V8 in my 4Runner. With the 2" bodylift there is plenty of room to get a set of ok extractors in.

The guys who did the exhuast for my conversion (Shane - Red Roo Carline at Nambour) quoted $100 a pipe ($800 total) to do the job. He used to own TJM at Maroochydore so looks after 4x4ers.

Hi I have a pair of standard manifolds from a 4.7 100 series, they look thesame as the above log manifolds and have heat shields...
