XF carbie on L28 MQ...will it work?
XF carbie on L28 MQ...will it work?
Heard a rumour that bolting this carbie in place of the standard L28 carbie gives a decent power increase.
Anyone got any comments or had any experience with this? Not even sure how well the carbie will even mate up to start with.
Cheers

I said it in one of the other threads, I (and four other mates) have tried all sorts of combos, even triple webbers, The 32/36 is a rever but little torque, the 320/350 holley has good power right through but I couldn't be bothered stuffing around with it to get the thing to stop flooding down STEEEEP embankments, The single side draught webber was a real good setup, the DYNO tune guys recomended the XF carby (there are two types leaded/unleaded I think) but never bothered fussing around with it, I think it would have been a good choice for $75 plus adapters if needed.
