Any ideas???

Post by crankycruiser »

I was putting my 80 series 4.5 petrol bac together last nite and i noticed a broken wire near the oil pressure sender.....

The wire goes to a 2pin plug that just hangs near the sender...

It has what appeas to be a cap on it but it is actually a 47uF Capacitor.,

Any ideas what this is for???

havent had a look at my 80 but is it possible a suppressor for the alternator or accessory power? r u getting a buzzing through your radio?
The best accessory you can have when your 4WDing is "Common sense" . For some this may be an expensive sacrifice.
