Do a search. This topic has been discussed to death several times. Buried in the threads you will find answers for every conceivable use of your 4WD.

search for lifting a mav topic.

suspension lift: 3" is easy and not many problems, 4" required more parts and start to get problems with vibration etc.

2" body lift is what most people use.

depending where you live....

Ive never seen 1 single thread on this board about lifting a 4wd.
