i was riding at local shopping centre about 2 weeks ago and a civic went past with 15" offset rims... i got a peek at the interior as he drove prety close to me (idiot must have wanted one of my pegs in his door). FULL of guages! haha
No kididing... the entire dash was covered in them and up the drivers side windscreen area. and he had the totally classless milo tin exhaust too. rice. very rice.

and to think i was going to build an actual 6 wheel drive lwb zook (got the spare nt diffs here and a spare lwb chassis) jus for the heck of it (and yes it was going to be lifted with at least 30"tyres)

Them small rims were what people put on the original low riders so they could drop them all the way to the ground without the tyres hitting the guards. Ive seen vids of people with steel scrape plates uder there cars drop the belly on the ground along the highway the sparks look awsum
GO THE LOWRIDERS

Unlike our laws, In the USA guards only need to cover the inner wall of the tyre, ie, you could have say a 12.5 inch muddy and have 10+ inches of it hanging out, this makes for some awesome rigs getting around.
If your ever there MOAB in Utah is the place to be, Jeeps are the car of choice and since they're reasonably priced over there they are like commondores.
