Hi barnsey

Run it on unleaded - it's got an alloy head with hardened valve seat inserts, so they don't need the additive.

Next, you'll be asking about more power and better fuel economy. :P

Enjoy,

hey Barnsey,

what happened to the nissan dual cab you bought?? (altho a Paj would be a damn sight more comfy)

(haven't had much time to surf OL lately)

Maybe your mates mazda just runs better because of the higher octane of super compared to standard unleaded??

I'll be taking possession of the Pajero next week end :D :D

It's even coming with the 6 stacker CD, UHF, set up for CDMA hand free phone thingy and new bearings for the winch.

I was going to have to wait until I sold one of my other cars, but my wive's ex husband has FINALLY paid child support!!! I knew CSA would come through eventually (THREE :bad-words: :bad-words: YEARS!! it's taken them) so suddenly we're looking slightlty effluent. Now if they could extract the other $16k he owes his 3 kids that I have been supporting as well as my OWN 2............but this is going off topic. Bloody good timing though.

So, I'll be after a few parts here and there, and hopefully be posting some trip reports and asking some sensible tech questions (after doing a search of course  ).

The Pajero is old, but I think it's definitely worth spending time and money on. It should serve the Barnsey family very well for a few years I hope.

 kath and kim

Nice score on the paj, best of both worlds with the zook.
Built, not bought.
